2. Information We Collect To successfully execute our strategies and deliver your monthly or 6-month content, we require specific information during the onboarding process and throughout our working relationship. This includes:

  • Personal & Business Identity: Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and physical business address (specifically for the Review System Setup).

  • Social Media Access: Login credentials, or Editor/Admin access, to your Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Business Suite strictly for Social Media Profile Optimization, content scheduling, and initial setup (if required).

  • Content Assets: Raw videos, images, logos, and any other brand assets you share with us.

  • Competitor & Market Data: Information regarding your target audience and direct competitors to conduct our “Competitor Analysis & Ad Creatives” research.

3. How We Use Your Information Your data is strictly utilized to fulfill the exact deliverables outlined in your chosen plan. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Design, edit, schedule, and deliver your social media posts and reels.

  • Set up and optimize your WhatsApp Business profile and digital catalog.

  • Write highly targeted Captions and CTAs (Call to Actions) tailored to your audience.

  • Create a customized Content Plan and Ad/Campaign Creatives based on your business goals.

  • Communicate with you regarding approvals, strategies, and upcoming billing cycles.

4. Data Protection & Absolute Confidentiality We treat your business data with the highest level of security and professional integrity:

  • Zero Data Selling: Brandrusk will never sell, rent, trade, or expose your personal information, client lists, or private WhatsApp Business contacts to any third parties or competitors.

  • Secure Internal Access: Any passwords, OTPs, or Meta Admin access shared with us are kept strictly confidential. They are only accessible to the core Brandrusk team working directly on your brand’s growth.

5. Third-Party Platforms While executing our services, we utilize trusted third-party platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), WhatsApp Business, and design/editing tools. Please note that while we secure your data on our end, your data’s presence on these platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

6. Data Retention & Post-Cancellation Protocol Brandrusk operates on a subscription model without forced long-term lock-ins beyond your chosen package. You have the freedom to cancel or not renew at the end of your billing cycle.

  • Immediate Access Revocation: Upon the cancellation or non-renewal of your Launch Engine or Growth Engine plan, Brandrusk will immediately log out of your social media accounts and delete any sensitive login credentials or Meta Admin access from our systems.

  • Asset Deletion: We retain the legal right to keep the finalized, published designs and edited reels for our agency portfolio (as stated in our Terms & Conditions). However, all raw, unused footage, private competitor data, and internal business documents provided by you will be permanently deleted from our storage upon termination of the service.

7. Policy Updates Brandrusk reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any significant changes regarding how we handle your data will be communicated to active clients via Email or official WhatsApp communication.
