Refund Policy
1. General Strict No-Refund Policy At Brandrusk, our services involve immediate digital strategy, creative planning, and labor that cannot be “returned” once delivered. Because we allocate dedicated time and resources to your brand the moment you onboard, all sales are 100% final. Whether you purchase the Launch Engine (₹9999/Month) or the Growth Engine (₹49999/6 Months), the payment is strictly non-refundable under any normal circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios To ensure absolute transparency, please be aware that refunds will not be granted under any of the following situations:
Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want or need the service after making the payment and completing the onboarding.
Lack of Immediate ROI or Sales: Organic growth, social media branding, and funnel setup take time to yield results. We do not issue refunds based on a lack of immediate followers, inquiries, or sales.
Client-Caused Delays: If our team is unable to design, schedule, or deliver content because you have not provided the required raw videos, photos, approvals, or social media account access on time, the fee for that billing cycle remains entirely non-refundable.
Disagreements on Design (Zero Revision Policy): We share the Content Plan before designing. Since we follow a strict “Zero Revision” policy, minor tweaks can be requested, but a difference in creative taste does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
3. Growth Engine (6 Months) Cancellations (No Partial Refunds) The Growth Engine plan (₹49999) is offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a 6-month commitment.
If you purchase the Growth Engine plan and decide to terminate the service at any point before the 6 months are over (e.g., during Month 1 or Month 2), you are free to do so.
However, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining unused months or deliverables.
4. The “Accidental Purchase” Exception The absolute only exception to our strict no-refund rule is an accidental, mistaken, or duplicate payment.
48-Hour Window: If a payment was made completely by mistake, you must notify Brandrusk within 48 hours of the exact transaction time.
Conditions for Approval: An accidental refund will only be approved if absolute zero work has been initiated from our end. If you have already filled out the onboarding form, if we have had a strategy call, or if our team has begun any background competitor analysis or design work within those 48 hours, the refund request will be firmly denied.
5. How to Request an Accidental Refund
If your situation meets the strict accidental purchase criteria, you must immediately contact us via our official WhatsApp number or Email.
Please provide the payment screenshot, transaction ID, date, and time of the purchase.
Approved accidental refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that any standard payment gateway or processing charges deducted by the bank will not be refunded.
