Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction & Agreement Welcome to Brandrusk. By purchasing our digital growth and social media management services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent working relationship, allowing us to focus entirely on scaling your brand.
2. Scope of Services & Plans Brandrusk offers two specific, fixed-deliverable packages. The deliverables are strictly limited to what is mentioned below:
Launch Engine (₹9999/Month): Includes 12 Social Media Posts Schedule, 6 Reels Schedule, Social Media Profile Optimized, Caption + CTA Writing, WhatsApp Business Setup, Review System Setup, and Campaign Content Creation.
Growth Engine (₹49999/6 Months): A 6-month comprehensive package that includes 72 Social Media Posts Schedule, 36 Reels Schedule, Social Media Profile Optimized, Caption + CTA Writing, WhatsApp Business Setup, Review System Setup, and Campaign Content Creation.
Out of Scope: Any additional requests, such as logo creation from scratch, print materials (flyers, menus, visiting cards), extra reels, or custom photo/video shoots, are not included in these plans and will be billed separately.
3. Ad Creatives & Ad Spend Disclaimer As part of the package, Brandrusk will design “Ad Creatives” (the graphic images or videos to be used for paid advertising) if requested within the campaign scope. However, the actual Ad Spend (the money paid to Meta/Facebook, Instagram, or Google to run the ads) is strictly the Client’s responsibility. Brandrusk’s fee does not cover any ad budgets.
4. Payment & Billing Terms
100% Upfront Payment: Work will only commence once the full payment for the chosen plan (₹9999 for Launch Engine or ₹49999 for Growth Engine) has been successfully received.
Subscription Model: We do not enforce long-term lock-in periods beyond the plan you select. Clients must renew their payment at the end of their 1-Month (Launch Engine) or 6-Month (Growth Engine) cycle to ensure uninterrupted service.
No Partial Payments: We do not accept 50% advance or post-service payments under any circumstances.
5. Turnaround Time (TAT) & Delivery
Upon receiving the 100% payment, the completed onboarding form, and all necessary raw materials (videos/photos) from the Client, the first batch of content will be delivered for review within 3 to 5 working days.
The billing cycle (1 Month or 6 Months) begins from the day the onboarding process is completed and the first strategy is approved, not necessarily the day the payment was made.
6. The “Zero Revision” Policy To maintain premium quality and fast delivery, Brandrusk operates on a strict planning-first approach.
We finalize the Content Plan and design direction before execution.
Therefore, we do not offer formal revisions, multiple iterations, or complete redesigns once the agreed-upon concept is delivered.
Minor, reasonable tweaks (e.g., spelling errors, slight text changes) may be accommodated strictly at the discretion of Brandrusk. Changing the core design, layout, or video structure after delivery will be considered a new, out-of-scope task and will incur extra charges.
7. Client Responsibilities & Delays
Raw Materials: Brandrusk handles design and editing. The Client is solely responsible for shooting and providing raw videos, images, and brand assets on time.
Approvals & Access: The Client must review and approve content promptly when sent. If scheduling is part of the package, the Client must provide necessary social media account access on time.
Client Delays: If the content delivery or scheduling timeline is delayed because the Client failed to provide raw materials, access, or approvals on time, the lost days will not be carried forward or compensated into the next billing cycle. The 1-Month or 6-Month cycle remains fixed.
8. Communication Channels To maintain a documented and efficient workflow, all official communication, sharing of raw materials, content delivery, and design approvals will take place strictly via WhatsApp and Email. Phone calls or physical meetings are limited to the initial onboarding or scheduled strategy sessions.
9. Contract Cancellation
Because there is no long-term lock-in beyond the chosen package, the Client can choose to cancel the service at the end of any active billing cycle by simply not renewing the payment.
Growth Engine (6 Months) Cancellations: If a Client purchases the 6-Month Growth Engine plan and decides to stop working with Brandrusk before the 6 months are over, the service will be terminated, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining unused time.
Brandrusk also reserves the right to terminate the agreement at the end of a billing cycle if the working relationship is no longer a mutual fit.
10. Portfolio & Marketing Rights Brandrusk reserves the legal right to use any designs, edited videos, funnels, strategies, and performance results created for the Client as part of our agency’s portfolio. We may showcase this work on our website, social media, or pitch decks to demonstrate our expertise.
11. Disclaimer of Guarantees (No ROI Guarantee) While Brandrusk guarantees high-quality, premium design and systematic content delivery, we do not guarantee specific sales, leads, or monetary returns. Organic social media growth is subject to market algorithms and audience behavior. Our role is to build a premium brand presence; the final conversion ultimately depends on the Client’s product/service quality and pricing.
